近日，上海市新收犯監獄職工書屋被中華全國總工會命名為全國“職工書屋”，被上海市總工會命名為第26屆上海市讀書節“最美閱讀空間”，標志著新收犯監獄工會職工文化陣地建設工作再上新臺階！

監獄職工書屋依托“職工之家”，服務于廣大會員。書屋總面積304平方米，設有借閱區、電子閱讀區、閱覽區和會議室，配備閱讀電腦、圖書架、沙發椅等設施，目前藏書12000余冊。書屋由監獄工會直接管理，設有專、兼職圖書管理員，負責日常管理工作。同時，書屋還開辟了黨工陣地、玫瑰書墻等專題板塊，并積極聯系書商營造溫馨閱覽環境。

“閱讀悅享”讀書會

自2023年下半年起，監獄職工書屋開展“閱讀悅享”的讀書活動，廣大民警特別是青年同志在閱讀中思考和積累，收獲知識的同時也獲得快樂和力量！

書香浸潤思想
2023年下半年以來，職工書屋先后共開展16期讀書活動，大家在讀書中感受閱讀魅力，享受詩韻書香里的人生真諦。大家以書修心，用文字撫平躁動，充實思想。

黨紀學習教育期間，監獄將一期讀書會主題定為“堅守廉潔，弘揚清風正氣”，圍繞《中國共產黨紀律處分條例》等黨紀法規內容，開展紀律法規青年朗讀和知識競賽，引領每個民警爭做為警清廉的模范踐行者。

監獄為警娃們愛上閱讀提供暖心園地，民警們與子同悅，攜子共度，一起追風，也追夢。從警娃學堂，到親子讀書會，民警們與警娃們在職工書屋一起養成愛讀書的好習慣。
