家國情懷是支撐個體事業的基礎。新年伊始，恰逢中共四大召開百年之際，監獄團委組織青年民警前往中共四大紀念館、李白烈士故居等紅色紀念地，通過深入了解黨的發展歷史和李白烈士的動人事跡，教育引導青年民警厚植家國情懷，把對黨忠誠鐫刻到腦海里。

奮斗是青春最亮麗的底色。1月14日，監獄黨委在上海市團校召開黨委中心組（擴大）學習會，會議期間民警參觀了上海市團校“中國共產主義青年團與上海”主題展陳，沉浸式體驗了“一江一河 紅色航程”之“東方之珠：穿越浦江解碼上海現代化”現場教學，直觀感受到了新時代上海浦江兩岸的現代化建設成果，實地見證了上海“吃改革飯、走開放路、打創新牌”的奮斗歷程，讓青年民警切身體會到了上海在推動新時代高質量發展中的改革精神與創新精神，有效激發了參會民警“逢旗必奪、奮勇爭先”寶山監獄精神，也更加堅定了維護平安上海的信心與決心。

青年應當練就過硬本領，錘煉高尚品格。1月中旬，監獄以“學習先進典型，爭當時代先鋒”為主題，開展與“新時代上海司法為民好榜樣”面對面，“十大身邊典型人物”劉和政同志和五角場監獄青年民警劉磊同志先進事跡專題學習等系列活動。同時，監獄黨委專門出臺《寶山監獄新警崗位成才三年培養規劃》，打造“一年跟著干、兩年能單干、三年成骨干”的青年人才梯隊。通過聆聽先進榜樣的奮斗故事，完善培養機制，進一步教育引導青年民警，向榜樣學習，向先進看齊，努力成為一名與時俱進、實干擔當的新時代監獄人民警察。
